FAQ

Unfortunately not. PayPal is our only account which is dedicated.

I didn't put my invoice data during registration or during paying via PayPal. I need an invoice - what should I do?

Please contact your session coordinator and send invoice data to him. He will know that to do.

After payment, I see "Oooops! Seems like there is an error occurred,. Please contact us to resolve this!" on my ICYMS account. What that means?

We assure you that if you got payment CONFIRMATION FROM PAYPAL (they are sending it via email) and money is gone from your personal bank account (check it!), everything is ok - you don't have to be worried and do not have to send us confirmation - we can see it in our PayPal account!

To be 100% sure, we will verify every payment after 9th of May time 23:59 and change your user status at our website then but it has to be done manually, that's why you have to wait for it!

PayPal sent me payment confirmation after paying with credit card but money is still on my personal bank account. What should I do?

If you still got your money on your account, that means that transfer is failed. In 99% cases, it is because of fact that you do not have TURNED ON option in your bank to pay with credit card ON THE INTERNET. To do that, go to your bank website, log in and find credit card settings, then turn it on. Voila, now you can pay!
